All tours start in the region that operates the tour.
EFun Tours is not responsible for items left in the vehicle and will not accept claims, nor can it be held responsible for delays due to traffic or weather conditions;
There is no refund in the event of cancellation or no-show on the same day less than 24 hours before the tour;
The tours take place in vehicles with 5 to 46 seats and air conditioning;
Pick-up and drop-off of passengers: pick-up and drop-off at the client's hotel, provided they are on the list described, otherwise clients will be asked to meet the guide at a nearby meeting point.
The meeting point for customers who buy the daily tour is at the main entrance to the Igreja da Lapa (Largo da Lapa 1, 4050-069 Porto).
Please note that there may be more than one language spoken during the tour (maximum two languages).
All insurance is in accordance with Portuguese legislation;
All tours are subject to availability and only take place with a minimum of 2 people (except Private Tours);
Clients have free time to visit the sites and monuments;
The tours do not include meals not specified, guided tours inside the monuments (except those described in the brochure / website), costs or tips of any kind;
The company is closed on June 24th, January 1st and December 25th.
Smoking or the consumption of alcoholic beverages is expressly FORBIDDEN inside the vehicles. Frequent stops for tours and meals are made in order to give customers the opportunity to smoke and drink (moderately) while outside the vehicles.
For direct bookings, EFun Tours has a 100% deposit policy prior to the tour. This payment can be refunded 100% if the client wishes to cancel their tour (with justified reason) and / or EFun Tours is unable to carry out a tour (overbooking, minimum number of people not attended, etc).
Any withdrawal within 24 hours or no-show on the day of the tour does not allow any refund.
If you do not use the promocode available on our website, which offers a 10% discount on all our products, at the time of booking, there will be no right to a refund once the booking has been made.
